Hi, I’m Cait!
I am dedicated to supporting holistic and mental well-being. Since 2007, I’ve been following the path of yoga, and in 2019, I chose to pursue Yoga Therapy, drawn to its transformative tools for balance and inner peace. My journey has been deeply rooted in education and practice—completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Stone Wave Yoga in 2020 and, after extensive training, earning my Yoga Therapy certification from Prema Yoga Institute in 2024. My practice integrates ancient yogic wisdom with a thoughtful, personalized approach, helping people find clarity, self-discovery, and holistic well-being.
